Itinerary
Board an early morning flight to Lukla (2,860m), the gateway to the Everest region. After landing, meet your guide and begin the trek to Phakding (2,610m) along the Dudh Koshi River valley.

You should be able to walk 5–7 hours a day with a light pack. Prior trekking experience in mountains is beneficial but not mandatory. Regular cardio exercise (running, cycling, hiking) 2–3 months before the trek is strongly recommended.
