Bookings & Payments

• A deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 15 days: No refund.

Hills Trek is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control.
